Summary
Type II endoleaks may require repair if a patient demonstrates sac enlargement with persistent flow within the aneurysm sac during follow-up period after EVAR. Traditional endovascular methods to address type II endoleaks have included transarterial and translumbar approaches. Our aim is to demonstrate that a transcaval approach is safe and effective and highlight the technical nuances of this procedure.
