Summary
This video abstract describes an alternative way to intervene on symptomatic patients with portal hypertension/ portal stenosis. We describe a case of a 64 year old male with portal stenosis secondary to pancreatic cancer leading to secondary portal hypertension and recurrent ascites through a hybrid transmesenteric endovascular approach.
