Summary
65-year-old woman presents with bilateral hemispheric TIA and stroke in the setting of a previous Type A repair for ascending aortic intramural hematoma. This video highlights the technique and performance of an aortobicarotid and bilateral carotid to subclavian artery bypasses to facilitate staged Zone 0 TEVAR down the line.
